Coffee with the Whoosh Fairy !

Howdy all ! I just wanted to share a little success story with you. I've lost 7lbs this week. I went from 417 to 410 from Jan 12 to 19. I fell like I'm having a regular weekly coffee visit with the Whoosh Fairy !! This represents 27 lbs lost since Dec 4 and I've never felt so energetic in years... Of course I have a long way to go, but one step at a time and I will get there !! Have a good day everybody and remember to drink your water !!
