Educate me about EGGS!!!!
We all agree I'm sure that EGGS are one of the the mainstays of the Atkins program....so why don't we discuss them??
For the first time in my life I picked up a dozen at a farm market.....$1.79 a dozen.....fresh (they say) and brown.
Haven't tried them yet......can I expect a taste difference????
Having only done "store bought", have I been missing out on something?
I'll give my honest evaluation tomorrow morning when I create my first omlette!
