I guess I should start one of these, although I've been working out since last July to get this weight off. I have to make exercise a permanent part of my life to keep it off, and I am now doing that. Instead of working out 6-7 times per week when I was actively losing, I'm now working out 3-4 times a week. As of today, I've lost 118 pounds and 112 inches total since last July. I had gotten as low as 149.5 pounds, then gained back to about 165. I am down to 155 today, and am shooting for 145.
