My personnal plan is here.

1 table spoon of Chlorophyll on wake

1 table spoon of Apple cider vinegar and 1 table spoon of lemon in hot water.

1 table spoon of greens+ with 175ml of cranberry juice sweetened with fructose and stevia, 7g of carbs total.

Off to the gym for 45 minutes of intense cardio.


2 eggs and chicken for breakfast


Lunch is a chicken salad

and super is pertty much the same thing.

before bed i have another greens+ shake but this time i have it in water.
