Smile Great Bowls of Fiber

This is a really tasty hot cereal, and helps get things "moving" if you need help in that area

1 1/2 cups wheat bran
1 cup ground flax seeds
1/2 cup whole flax seeds
1/2 cup dried coconut (unsweetened)
1/2 cup ground almonds
1/2 cup psyllium husks
1 cup vanilla whey protein powder
3 tablespoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon pure stevia extract powder

Put everything in a large rubbermaid canister, cover, and shake until well mixed. Store in fridge. Makes 11 1/2 cup servings, 5 net carbs each.

To serve: put 1/2 cup in a bowl, and add 4-5 ounces boiling water (adjust amount of water depending on how think/runny you like it). Stir and let sit 2-3 minutes before eating. You can add a few drops of cream, blueberries, etc if you like.

From fitday (entire recipe):
Fat 144g
Protein 136g
Carb 232g
Fiber 178g
