Default Too Many Supplements?

My question surrounds supplements. I take several just for the health benefit, some that allegedly promote weight loss and some that are supposed to lower cholesterol.

Doesn anyone know which combos are bad, good etc? Should I take them all together or throughout the day?

Here's what I take, I doubt anyone has me beat.
Morning with breakfast: Policosanol, B-complex, Green Tea complex,
Vitamin C, Vitamin E, a multivitamin, Niacin,
Essential Oills, Chromium Piccolinate, Calcium
L-Glutamine.

With Lunch and Dinner: Wild Oregano Complex, Red Yeast Rice, Psyllium Husks
(Capsule) Atkin's Dieter's Advantage.

I realize this may be too much, but I haven't been sick (flu/cold) since last August when I started Atkins. Some people get bothered by taking vitamins, it has never bothered me. Just curious if I should stop taking certain combinations, switch a few things etc?

Thanks
