Has anyone ever tried this stuff? I found it today in a little jar tucked in by the milk and creams at the supermarket. It is approx 48% M.F. which seems to me is even better than whipped cream...or is it?

It is the same consistency as whipped butter and tastes oh so yummy (I just had a little bit).

Anyone got any ideas on how to find the carb count in it?
