Default Yoga after a whoosh--very strange

I have been very sick for a week, which has a tiny recompense in the form of a major whoosh. I felt OK enough to try yoga today for the first time.

WHAT a difference!! Virtually every pose felt different, not just the ones where you could prehaps predict that "circumference" was a factor. My hips are moving differently. I was way less stiff than I would have predicted, too, especially after doing nothing but veg on the couch for a week.

There's definitely a new freedom about the way I'm moving. Wonder what it's going to be like even closer to goal?
