I had a personal digital bathroom scale for over a year. I used to to track my progress. But after joining the forum in April and realizing how an evil contraption it really is, I gave it away to a friend. It has been almost 3 weeks and I am going crazy. I don't know how much I weigh and it is almost like I feel a void. I can't ask my friend for my scale back, but not knowing is getting to me. What should I do?
