Lower body with knee problems?
My dear friend wants to start weight training. She is classic pear shaped, so she carries her weight more in her lower extremities. She has had orthroscopic surgery on one knee and the other bothers her regularly (pops alot too). She is getting a bench with leg extension, weights, and dumbells. She knows she can do the leg extension because she used it in physical therapy. Any other suggestions on lower body exercises that she may be able to use. And yes, she will do so cautiously.
