What's Your Favorite Body Part? Your Least?
As I go through my Atkins journey, I realize that there are some parts of my body that aren't going to change, regardless of how much weight I lose or how much I exercise. For example, I am thick waisted relative to my hips and shoulders. This is true even when I lose weight and have a flat stomach. I would love to have the hourglass type figure but it just ain't in the cards for me.
On the other hand, I'm happy about my hands and wrists (funny, huh?). Even when I gain weight, my fingers always look long and slender, and my wrists are small. But for my dishpan hands and the fact that I am in desperate need of a manicure, maybe I coulda been a hand model!
So what is your fave part about your body and your least? BTW, I'm not talking about "my fat [name body part]", since most of us feel like we need to lose weight over all.
