Default Are these acceptable foods for the Induction Period?

I love to eat meats and cheeses, so I don't think I will have a hard time with this Atkins diet. I exercise about 4-5 times a week. Cardio and weight lifting mostly. I hope to lose 40-50 lbs. I'm fairly muscular so maybe I won't have to lose that much.

Can someone tell me if the following foods are acceptable for the Induction period???

Steak/Hamburger
slices of American Land o' Lakes cheese
High Protein bars
deli meats (turkey, hard salami, roast beef)
lot's of water
very very small salads once or twice a week
eggs
bacon

I plan to eat nothing but these foods for the first 2 weeks. Does this sound like the right thing to do. I have started reading the Atkins diet book but wanted to start before I'm done with the book.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Thanks,
Brian
