Starting over after serious gain
It has been months since I been here. I was low carbing for a whilewith some results. I was at 196 my last time here, I now weigh 210 lbs. At 196 I was miserable. I had just had my son and was 46 lbs over my pre-pregnancy weight of 150. My son turned one on October 22. I don't recognize the person in the mirror. I have no clothes that fit anymore and my insecurities have caused my relationship to fall apart. I know this sounds like a sob story, but I am just so terribly unhappy with my weight.
For several weeks I have been starting Atkins almost everyday! I haven't made it passed 3 days. I just find myself eating more and gaining faster. Today for example...It is induction day one (again). For lunch I ate Buffalo wings with Blue cheese AND a Greek salad w/ grilled chicken on it. I ate enough for 3 people. My apetite is enormous. I just can't figure out how to really get this thing rolling. Help. Advice please. Thanks!!
