I bought bodylastics on-line ($50 total) . I suggest you buy them on Ebay-- there are always alot of them almost never used and cheap. I use a gym at work but there are many times when I use the bands. You can also take them when you travel.

I am purchasing the bodylastics online (ebay). I am hoping that will help with my weight training and I will continue to do my cardio on the treadmill. I am not comfortable going to a gym yet so I want to find things I can use in my home without spending a fortune. Thanks for mentioning the bodylastics and I will use my own body weight as resistance also.
