is it for everyone?
hello again!
I've switched from Suzanne Somer's diet to Aitkens.. I've been faithfully following the diet for 4 days...
I'm just wondering- does everyone lose weight if they stick to the no-carb, high protien diet well?
Could it be possible that my enzymes work differently or something?
I'm wondering because several years ago I lost 20 pounds pretty quickly, eating low- fat, high carb: like fruits, cereals, bread etc.
And, i managed to keep the weight off for 2 years.... so maybe should i do that instead?
