Newbie Question
My Mom was told to switch from atkins (which didn't work for her at all but did for me) to South Beach. My Mom has ordered the book but would like to start doing the diet while she waits and I found her the basic info on doing the diet but she has a few questions and I figured this would be the best place to find info for her, so here goes....
Are carbs counted on South Beach and if so how many can you have during the different phases
Only lean meats are encouraged on this plan right?
Any help would be appreciated...Thanks!
