I am forever chewing gum at work, especially now,with "ketosis breath".
I am a hairstylist, and I don't think having a customer pass out from my breath, would be good for business. I am nearing the end of my first 2 weeks of induction, and I have been munching away on the gum non-stop,until today, when I looked at the carb count and each piece has 2 carbs! I was shocked! I probably have close to 1 whole pack a day. That is just awful. Anyone know of any carb free gum or mints?
