I'm hoping theres an advantage... I have settled in so far in the 1500-2000 calorie range as far as my hunger goes and I'd love to be able to lose on that....I know on just low calorie alone I would lose basically nothing if I ate that amount of calories... on Induction I lost 10 pounds eating 2400-3000 calories a day....my appetite has really went down now though....I keep my fat percentages up over 70% no matter what amount of calories I eat... what percentages do ones here reccomend for losing good for fat, protein and carbs?..today mine was 21% protein, 6% carbs (not net) and 73% fat.
