Could someone take a look at my numbers pls...
Ok this is totals from FitDay on EVERYTHING that went into my mouth today (including 2 pieces of gum). I'm still losing slowly but just wondered if my percentages seem normal? I'm surprised at my lowish fiber count though considering I had a lot of raw spinich and romaine lettuce today (green onions and peppers too in my lunch salad).
BTW I also had 362 calories burned during workout today and had 110oz water.......
