Default Would like opinions on fat/protein intake

Just wondering what everyones opinion is on if it is better to have a higher fat intake than protein, or a higher protein intake than fat, or if it should be even???

With the South Beach Diet and the Protein Power Plan which are both low carb, it just seems like it could be either way.

Which works better for each of you, and why do you think it works better.

Can't wait to read your answers.
