Love your stories, I find them very touching.

My defining moment was subtle, I noticed I lost my passion for living day to day. Nothing medically wrong, I just felt terrible, I finally concluded that it had to be my diet. So...faced with a choice: keep doing what I'm doing & continue to feel like a stranger in this body, or plunge into the LC lifestyle & see if all the hype was true. Once the commitment was made, i haven't looked back.

tcastro: I can relate to your story as well. If I was a guy, I wouldn't want to date me. Not so much because of being overweight, but because I was so unhealthy...how much fun could I have been?...
