I am having some bad cramping near my intestinal tract. I know it is probably constipation. I have been pretty regular every morning, but tonight the pain started. The cramps can be unbareable sometimes. I am going to try some ex-lax tonight and see if it helps tomorrow, in the meantime, does anyone have any ideas on coping with the cramps? Also, is this normal? Has anyone experienced these type of cramps? Any info is greatly appreciated!
