So........What was your defining moment?
So what was your defining moment when you decided enough is enough and embarked on this WOL. Is it going the way you thought? Are you happy with the results? Does the book make sense?
Also, do you exercise? If so, how much?
I've been doing Atkins for a couple of weeks, and exercising for about a month, I wouldn't say it's a struggle but I'm not losing as quickly as I'd hoped. I know I need to be patient and I'm doing the right things, but I'm having trouble seeing long-term any difference in how I look.........
