Could I be putting myself at risk?
Just wondering. I read the Protein Power book and I liked what was said about cutting carbs out. I just decided to cut all my carb intake, I am not following the book when it comes down to their program. I am eating things I like but if I have a burger, I don't eat the bun, same with pizza, I just take the toppings. So is this dangerous in any way? I feel good, I am not eating as much and I don't really crave carbs. It has been two weeks so far, I am very active with sports and I have energy like as if I was 16 again. I am also taking vitamins and drinking tons of water. Please let me know..
