Thumbs down Scale at Doctors Office Sucks!

I had a doctor's appoinment today to check my BP and Cholesterol. Well BP came back excellent. Cholesterol has to be done tomorrow cause I had to fast and didn't know it.

Anyways, he didn't weigh me so when he left office for a moment I weighed myself. I know you can fluctuate but gees this was ridiculous. Scale showed me nearly 30 pounds heavier than I actually am. I know my scale at home is right, it's working and has new batteries.

I ran home, weighed myself and I was only up 5 pounds. Which is fine cause I had breakfast and it was 12 noon already. Why would the doctor's scale show such a big difference?

I'm still going by my own scale but it's frustrating and it angered me.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
