What do they feed cows....

What do they feed cows to make them gain weight?

Grain!

When I read that in Dana Carpenter's book "How I gave up my lowfat diet and lost 40lbs". Something just clicked with me. They feed the cows grain to make them gain weight and cows eat all day. So why in the world do we need 5-6 servings of grain a day, so we can gain fast like the cows??

Anyway- its just some motivational food for thought there
