I really need to lose this weight!

Hello everyone I am 29 years old, and have been trying to do Atkins for about a year now. I truely believe it works, but I give up! This time I am ready for the long hual! I really want to lose the weight, I just need a little help. I am looking forward to hearing everyone's ideas and support. I currently weigh 186, my goal weight is back to 145. I start tomorrow morning! I am hoping to lose about 15 pounds by May 19. Does anyone think that it could happen?
