I'm making myself accountable again to get back on track and get going with everything again. One of the things I have neglected to do is come to this forum. This place helps out so much and my journal helps to keep me accountable of what I'm doing. I got all the way down to 160 back in October, and I am back up to 177.5 as of this morning. I know that this plan and forum works because from February to October 2003 I lost 40.5 lbs. I've been going through some hectic times and everything is offtrack. Now I need to get back onto my schedules and routines to get my life back to normal.
