canned salmon HELP
ok.. I bought some thinking hey this would be great, like tuna.. eat it straight from the can etc... EW! i fed it to the cat..
please help me here.. I want to make some salmon patties but do I have to debone this stuff? de-scale it? its grey.. not pink like i expected.. pretty yucky looking.. did i buy the wrong stuff?
people where im from buy this like its going out of style... how in the world do they do anything with it?
