question
I have been stalled for about 8wks now. I cut out the low carb candy and alcohol (just vodka but still). Because those were the only things I had added to my diet, I've been on induction since October b/c I love it. But I was wondering if something you've been eating all along could suddenly start stalling you, such as diet soda or sugar free jell-o, I wouldnt think that it would since it never stalled me before but I wasnt sure.
