Default Fat % and Carb counts on Fitday

Hi all

I use Fitday regularly, am on my fourth week of induction and have the following questions:

1. I find that around 80% of my daily calories come from fat, around 2-3% from carbs and around 16-17% from Proteins. Is this acceptable? The reason I ask is that I have heard that the ratio shouls be more around 70% fat, 5% carbs and 25% Protein. Am I doing something wrong?

2. The carbs that Fitday calculates for veggies, are those net carbs (after fibre subtraction) or not? Meaning, do I have to subtract fibre from what Fitday shows me? The reason I ask is that on Fitday my daily carbs is around 16 to 20, but I do not know if I am actually getting that or less because of the fibre content in the veggies I eat.

Thanks and cheers
