1 year anniversary.....
Well, here I am, 1 year after starting Atkins and CURVES for women. One year after my mother told me I couldn’t do it, that I never stick with anything, and that I shouldn’t waste my money.
Well, I have been up and down the last three months weight-wise, but I continue to lose inches, so I assume I am still on track, my body is adjusting somehow.
I have put together a website to show off my comparison to my family, and I thought I would post the link here too. I am proud of my 60 pounds gone this year. I am like the poster child for my CURVES, I have the largest weight loss of any member. Anyway, here is the link. And thanks for being my support group this last year.
