Default still hungry

I have been on induction for 10 days. My clothes are a little looser so I know I have lost a few pounds. But that is probably mostly water. I am concerned that I am eating too many calories. I just ate a 3 egg omlette with 1oz cheddar, 1 cup spinach, 1-2 mushrooms, onions, green pepper and 2 tbsp sour cream. It was delicious, but not completely satisfying. Now I just finished two celery sticks with about a tbsp each of cream cheese. I also ate two slices of turkey bologna (0carbs) and 1 slice of cheese. I've had about 20oz of water so far. This just seems like way too much food to sustain a weight loss. What do you think? I have not received the appetite reduction that others have. The binging and cravings are reduced but I still do miss my carbs and sweets. So I think I make up for it be eating more volume. Since I only have 15 lbs to loose, I don't know if I can get away with this.
