What a Rip-off !

I was in Holland and Barrett today to buy the whey protein everyone is raving about - I'll post separately in that thread

What did I see but the Atkins Advantage Chocolate Decadence Bar. Expensive at £1.79, but I was really curious and decided to treat myself... Big mistake

It tastes absolutely revolting

Ah well, at least it reconfirms my decision to stick to real food rather than the low carb frankenstuff which is becoming available over here at long last
