Default My body is all puffy...can this be in my head?

Today being St. Patricks Day, I cooked a huge spread for my half Irish dd. I stuck to lowcarb, except a tiny, itty bitty piece of soda bread-(so small if you blinked you'd miss it cause it was basically a crumb), and a tablespoon of colcannon-(mashed potatoes and kale mixed together). I had the corned beef and cabbage, lowcarb/sugar-free lime jello, and a tablespoon of a carb-acceptable beef dish-(no potatoes, just beef, onions and carrots), and Diet Sprite...I didn't eat the cupcakes I made either. I had a 12 oz of Guiness which was 9.9 carbs, so I figured no problem. Occasionally I will get the light beers that are from 3.3 carbs to 7.0 carbs, so 2 more carbs were no big deal.

But, why do I feel poofy when I pretty much stuck to my guns except for 1 tablespoon of colcannon and a crumb of soda bread? Is it in my head or is this my body's way of rejecting even the tiniest bit of carbs???
