Question about calories
Alright, I understand that I'm suposed to have tons of calories. I read in a post the it's 10X your weight? So I need to eat about 1700 calories. I don't want to complain about it or anything, but it's hard because I'm not hungry...
First, does this apply to induction (I'm 7 days in)?
My second question is what should I eat? Is there anything that is great to have that I can load up on carbs? I imagine some calories are better than others? Does anyone have any suggestions - protein shakes, cheese, etc.
Also, does it matter what time I eat? I've had previous diets that wouldn't let me eat after 9 or 10 pm. Does that still hold here?
