How many following OWL using the carb ladder?

Hi. I'm just curious...I recently went back to induction and restarted so that I could follow the carb ladder. So far I'm on step two....anyhoo...I've asked several questions about the carb ladder and have not gotten much of a response...so I wondered how many, if any, were doing OWL following the carb ladder as recommended by Dr. Atkins?
