Question Kraft cheese cubes??

Does anyone eat these Kraft cheese cubes? I am a little confused about the labeling though because it says a serving is 8 cubes is 32 grams which is just slightly above an ounce. Each cube is almost the size of 1/2 an ounce of regular cheese though if I am right (an ounce of cheese is roughly the size of a pair of dice I thought.) Anyways, I was wondering if anyone knew about this I love them and it says zero carbs for 8 cubes of this and it is what I always use in my salads and count it as 1 carb because I am sure it has just under 1 and not really zero. Why would the serving size be this way?? I was thinking maybe it is not all cheese but I already threw the package away. Even if it is not natural cheese would this be ok for induction with less than 1 carb per serving??
