Thumbs up Holy Cow!

I know on Atkins you lose primarily fat but I didn't realize my resent slow down was due to in fact not having much fat left to lose. My pre Atkins body fat was around 32% I did a recalculation today(mybodycomp.com) and it is 15.26%! I have been lifting light weights and doing light cardio for the last 3 months but didn't realize I had gained so much muscle carrying around all that fat! I though my goal was high at 195 because I used to be 175 and trim when I was 18yrs old. Now I think 195 would be very optimal and I would be just as thin just 20lbs more muscle. Just a wake up call not to expect your goal to be too low!! I have heard this over and over, despite already knowing this info, it hadn't really hit me until today.

Thank you Dr. Atkins!
