What foods can you still eat on atkins that you didn't think you could???

Well, I had fried catfish using Atkins cornmeal mix, I had cornbread, and fried porkchops...I've had pancakes and can't wait to buy the mix to make biscuits again...without these products or those like it I think it would be easier to slip back to old habits, but thank goodness these products are available.

How about you, what are you happy you can still eat on Atkins???
