Eggs for breakfast for me helps with cravings. I notice that when I eat anything else, like LC yogurt/cereal, cottage cheese, etc., that I have cravings around mid-morning. For some reason a couple of eggs and a veggie in the morning holds me until lunch perfectly. I guess maybe it's the solid protien in them...
