Default carb count in homemade yogurt

I just wanted another opinion. I am making my own yogurt with Hood's whole milk and Stonyfield's yogurt as a starter? This might be a dumb question, but as long as I add the # of calorie and carb counts of the ingredients I used, it won't produce more carbs or calories during the incubation period will it? For example I use 2 cups of milk with 130 calories and 3 carbs each with 1/8 of a cup of yogurt which is approximately 15 calories and 2 carbs. Therefore my whole recipe should have about 8 carbs and 275 calories? Thanks.

The first time I made it, the yogurt turned out great and is a real treat. I just like it plain.
