Default Can I have hot sauce?

I am planning on cooking some roasted chicken legs for dinner and was wondering if I can use buffalo wing sauce on them, or hot sauce.(the normal hot pepper flavor of either). I know some spices/sauces have a lot of carbs in them so I was wondering if anyone has done some research into this. I am craving the sauce they put on buffalo wings more then hot sauce though.
