How can I lose inches and not pounds?
I've been stalled at the same weight since before Christmas, yet I know I am losing inces because my clothes are much more loose on me. I've started working out (about a month ago) for 5 days per week/30 minutes each time. That's the only change in my routine. I just don't understand how I can be losing all these inches and not lose any pounds? I know the pounds are a psychological thing but it still doesn't make any sense to me. Can anyone provide more insight? Thanks.
