Question when to eat after workout?

Ok, my morning starts, at 5:15am.

I get older kids off to school, deal with bus stop crap and other kids picking on others...lol

Then, little one wakes up just in time to watch her mother workout to denise austin lite yoga and lite cardio...

I do this for 30 minutes.

I huff a lot and drink a lot of water during this cause I am just starting for about 8 days working out. Hurts due to asthma and back problems, but I keep it up.

I take my mulit-vitamin right after workout with glass of water.

I instantly feel hungry after working out, but I was told a long time ago to not eat for at least 40 minutes after workout.

Do you think that is true?

I am gonna dare I say it try and eat more, since in a previous post I was told I am not eating enough.

Help, I don't want to loose this battle.

I want to loose the weight!!!!!
