soy grits

I found soy grits a while back, one slight problem, they are at the ex gf's house, lol, the ex gf would LOVE if I were to come over and stay for breakfast but the present gf would get really really bent over it, lol

it aint easy bein a quarter ton O fun, but I manange, lol

anyone try these things in a casserole? I had them straight with some butter spray, eh, not GRITS, but at this point ...

I forget the carbs on em, but as I recall they werent terribly high
