This weekend was quite interesting..We went out with a couple of
friends, one who is also a low carber, but I wont nark her out.
I had a blast. Yes, folks, I did the unthinkable, I "cheated"
but I paid for it, alot , today. We drank till they couldnt fill out glasses any
more, so now I am as sick as can be, with the all famous low carb headache.
I have not meant to not get in here as often. but I am trying to juggle being
back to work, in a factory. So to those who miss me,(wink , wink)KIM.
I miss you too...
I am still pluggin along I have lost 3 more lbs, but after "our", "shhh", weekend
I will be working extra on it.
