Hi all.......I stumbled upon this site when doing a search for dieting info. I am not , however, new to low carb dieting. My doctor turned me onto it about 6yrs ago when i needed to lose a bit of wieght. It worked well and I lost 85lbs. Since that time I gained it back, lost again, and gained it back again!!!! I am determined to lose it for good this time. Im excited about this forum because I always seem to have questions and cant find the answers. I am a firm believer that there is a diet out there for everyone, and this diet is for me. I am also a big believer in changing your attitude toward food, and being in the right mindset for it to work.....nice to meet you all!! Swimmin
