Samuel has made a good point, and so has dodger. Overall, it is so much better as pyramids go- especially with the exercise component. I have heard the same suggestion- deck of cards, also palm of hand as meat portions, and fill half your plate with veggies. I have been trying to follow this rule of thumb.

I wonder if the powers that be will take much notice re this new pyramid, given who it is coming from.
