Default Exercise Order

Dan, in a post a few weeks ago you suggested working muscles in a particular order (this was for upper body, triceps, biceps etc). I tried it out and felt an immediate difference the next day Can you give me an idea of the order for lower body? I always start off with squats, followed by lunges, dead lifts, calf raises, this exercise off the T-Tapp website that works just about all the above mentioned muscles, and then abs.

Thx for the help
Nat
